I've been here before.The rooms are always spotless and clean very nice kitchens. I love the little saltwater pool.It's awesome. Food is really good. Usually in cabo, everywhere you go, they make strong drinks.... if they would do that here I'd give them the other star,
We stood two weeks during Xmas and new years, great overall, the rooms are small but big enough for two people, the pool was nice (we only used it once). The bath was okay, towels definitely need new ones, despite of them being washed they still smell bad. The restaurant downstairs is great, normal hotel prices and cozy ambience. You can ask reception for beach towels and sun umbrella for free, and a parking spot if you need it, which is nice. The location is awesome, we’ve pretty much walked to any place around 1km, 20min to La Marina and any other cool places.
We stayed for several nights and appreciated the location, close to the marina but not in the busy tourist areas. The room was nice and included a good kitchen area and the AC worked well. The pool was small, but very nice and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast at the attached restaurant was always excellent.
So far, I am very pleased with my studio apartment. The staff are an added bonus.

Staff was very helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and safe. Good location — short walk to the marina (but far enough from the onslaught of vendors), several good restaurants in different price ranges nearby. Free, secure parking for our car. And they lent us a beach umbrella and towels for a week. We also got the breakfast package in the adjacent restaurant and it was very good — better than more expensive resorts, to be honest. Very good value and highly recommended.
Lovely hotel, nice decor in the rooms. The free parasol and towels were a nice touch. The breakfast was superb every morning. Very helpful staff in reception. Great location also.
Great hotel that is close to everything. 15 minute walk to the marina. There is a pool and a restaurant. Free breakfast from 730-12pm. The rooms are nice. Comes with a kitchen, tv, wifi, balcony, AC and a desk. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, pots, pans, silverware and coffee maker. Late checkout available for only 600MXN until 3pm (great deal!) 10/10 recommend
